_________________________________________________________________________General Terms of Service
_________________________________________________________________________ALL commissions are only applicable for personal use. I will never condone blockchain (NFT) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage of my art, commissioned or otherwise. If you desire a commission for commercial use, I must be contacted first so we can negotiate a contact for my compensation.You MUST be +18 to commission me.
-I do not let minors commission me for the sake of my own comfort.
- If you commission me and are found to be a minor, you will be banned from ever commissioning me. No exceptions whatsoever.Have all information ready before contacting me about commissions.
- This means what type of commission you want (icon, sketch, shaded bust, etc..)
- Provide a reference sheet (1-2 images MAX)
- All additional information that I'll need to make what you want a reality.
- An email so I can send you the completed commission.
- Please answer the questions on the form correctly, especially for social media. I will be needing that information to properly credit your character or you for commissioning me.I will not begin a commission unless it’s been approved by me and the payment has been explicitly sent and confirmed.
- If you harass, beg, use the "exposure"/ "give me deals" / "give me art for free" cards, threaten me, or refuse to pay for your order; I have every right to decline your order without any explanation.Do NOT spam me with messages demanding that I complete your commissions.
- Commissions tend to take me a day to several weeks to complete due to what type of commission it is, real life, and responsibilities.
- I also have Psoriatic Arthritis and Osteo-Arthritis, both autoimmune diseases which can flare up suddenly if I work for long amounts of time. So please be patient with me.I have the full right to refuse my services.
- If I do not feel comfortable with you or your request, I have the full right to refuse any service to you.
- If you request something I have explicitly put into What I “ Will/Will not draw “ that is within the will not draw category, I have the right to refuse.
- I have full right to refuse as well if you do not follow any of the TOS.I do not refund once I have started sketching/working on the commission.
- I will, however, provide refunds if there is a legitimate reason, I haven't started on it, or if I'm unable to work on the commission.
- If I do have difficulties working on your commission, I will contact you VIA email, Discord, or Telegram to reevaluate.I primarily work with PayPal, Ko-Fi, and Stripe when it comes to payments.
- I will accept partial payments, but I will not fully work on your commission until your payment is completed.
- I can also do “half and half” payments. (example; you and a friend buying a commission.)I will not do commissions that have deadlines.
- I may be a fast sketcher but I’m an individual who has a life as well. I have the right to take breaks and to draw for myself in between your commission.
- If you cannot accept the fact that I’m not a robot then I will decline your order.You will be given 2 chances if you see something wrong within your commission, after that I will begin adding an additional charge.
- However, if it was an error on my part I will not charge you.I retain the right to post and upload the artwork you order from me.
-I will post finished commissions and WIPs to my DISCORD and other social medias. Although I will ask if I may use them for promotional purposes such as merch.(Posters, examples, buttons, stickers, etc..)
- If you tell me while getting your commission that you would like for your commission to be a private commission, I will allow this.Under any circumstances you, the client, are not allowed to edit/take out my signature. I will not give you a version that doesn't have the signature.
-If you look over this and do that anyways, you will be blacklisted and will never be able to commission me.
- However, You have no right to claim my art as your own, this will get you blacklisted and you will no longer have the right to commission me.You, the commissioner, can use my artwork for personal and non-profit use.
- Which means; You can crop and resize the commission for the purpose of icons/headers/banners etc.
-Post the watermarked commission to social media sites.
- Although please credit me for making your commission. It would be a big help and I would appreciate it a lot!I will not copy another artist’s style or artwork.
- If you are commissioning me, you are asking for the artwork in my unique art style, not in any other artstyle.

_______________________________________________________ADOPTABLE/ CUSTOMS TERMS OF SERVICE
_______________________________________________________- Feel free to trade, resell, or regift any adopts that you get from me.- Please do not take credit for the original design. Although you may take credit for edits/changes to the design/species. (EXAMPLE: Original design by CoffeeEldritch. Edits by me.)Be respectful of the original pricing/sale of the design.
- If you want to price the design higher than original sale if you choose to sell/trade, you may do so for reasons such as; you created a lot of art for the character or purchased a lot of art. I'm alright with this, although I know some other artists are not okay with this.When it comes to Original Species, like the Ziriphs and future Species.... Please do not change the formula/design of the species and claim it as your own. I've worked extremely hard to make the species what it is today.
Although only my Close Friends, and Patrons are allowed to make one right now due to still developing this species.Customs written in a complex way will cost extra.
- It will make it time consuming and difficult if you don’t give me the main information. (Example; Name, Species, Gender, Personality, Body type, Hair type, Aesthetic/Color Palette.)Redesign Commissions must have a previous reference sheet that I know what I need to work with.
- I will also need to know the primary information before I can begin to work on it.
- Although if you would like for it to be different, please let me know what you would like in the character.I will ask you for your aesthetics and likes/dislikes for your Custom/Redesign
- I want to ensure that you, the commissioner, will like the results of your character's new design.

_______________________________________________________NSFW COMMISSIONS TERMS
_______________________________________________________Since I draw suggestive/nsfw content, if you are under the age of 18 you cannot commission NSFW work from me.
- If I find out that you are lying about your age to get a NSFW commission from me, you will be blocked, blacklisted, and I will make sure to warn others about you.I have a list of what I will draw and what I will not draw, which is shown -> HERE <-
- I will draw things within my comfort level (Pin ups, Soft NSFW, Gore, etc..)
- If you request something within the grey area, there will be a likely chance that I may/ may not draw it due to how you treat me and due to my comfort level.If you request something within the will not draw area, there will be a high chance that I will not draw it.
- In which case if you cannot handle a simple ‘no’ from me when it comes to that section I have the right to refuse my services to you._________________________________By commissioning me, you have agreed to these terms and rules and are held accountable to follow them. I can safely assume you have read and agreed to them.
