GENERAL
ALL commissions are only applicable for personal use.
I will never condone blockchain (NFT) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage of my art, commissioned or otherwise. If you are found to have put my art through AI, you will be blacklisted from being able to commission me and blocked from my socials.Commissioners MUST BE 18 YEARS AND OLDER to commission me, as I do not allow minors 17 and under to commission me for the sake of my own comfort. If caught underage, you will be immediately refunded and blacklisted.Commissioners must give a visual reference and/or image board for any commissions so I may draw your character, create a design for you, or have what you're generally looking for within your commission. You may send it through Social Media DMS, Discord (CoffeeEldritch #5156), Stoat (CoffeeEldritch), or Email ([email protected]).I ask to be properly credited under appropriate circumstances with the commission work. Client is not to claim my work and labor as their own. Claiming my work is your own, as well as removing my watermark to claim commission work as your own work and labor will result in being blacklisted and blocked from all socials.POSTING
Before I begin your commission I will typically ask if you would like for the artwork to be posted, what your @ will be so I can directly tag you, or if you would like to keep things private. Requests for total privacy will result in a small charge as it's forfeiting exposure to my art.
- You, the client, are allowed to make prints/wallpaper edits/etc for your own personal use. Just ask for the PSD file and I'll ensure to get it to you.
- If you allow me to post your commission, you are allowing me to potentially use your commission as an example of my work in the future.WAIT TIMES
Some notable things to take into account:
- I have multiple autoimmune disorders/diseases (ie: Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Pscoriatic Arthritis, Neuropathy, Occipital Neuralgia) that give me complications which can flare up suddenly if I work for long amounts of time. While I do tend to get artwork done within a day to a week I must take several breaks throughout the process.
- I typically do commissions in order of who ordered ahead of you when you hop in to ensure I work on who ordered first.
- Typical artwork can vary in time frame from 2 hours to 150 hours.Agreeing to my terms means certifying you are aware of these facts and are willing to be patient with me.PAYMENT
Payment will be taken up front via Paypal, Ko-fi, and Stripe ONLY. I will not accept any other form of payment and won't accept payments through any other service. We can discuss payment plans on larger commissions and even do half and half payments (ie: you and a friend buying a commission.EDIT, PROBLEMS, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Under any circumstances you, the client, are not allowed to edit/take out my signature. Doing this will result in you being blacklisted and being unable to commission me.
In the same way that I reserve the right to refuse a request before the commission starts, I also reserve the right to make refusals throughout the commission process itself if I find something particularly disagreeable.All major edit requests should be done prior to the lineart phase, and minor edits should be requested prior to coloring, all within reason. Small color tweaks can me made after I've rendered, but any major altercations to the construction of the drawing that would require me to effectively redraw and re-render the entire piece will be denied outright.I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission during the process upon discovery of anything morally reprehensible, illegal, or on both your profiles/ through the public domain. This includes, but is not limited to documentation, identifying symbols related to:

Please note that with my point of view I don't mind what you're into so long as you're not harming any real children, minors/teenagers, adults, and/or animals. I simply have things that go over my own boundaries as muted/blocked for my own comfort. -- I also don't label myself as "proship" or an "anti" due to how reductive and irritating it's gotten and how much it's harmed innocent people. The actual relationship between fiction and reality is much more complex and difficult to put within a single box as it can help many in need of help through traumas and about their own self(selves)/identity. I find great value in approaching difficult topics in fiction content, it's just best to also have critical thinking when delving into any deeper sexual content and to be cautious. Indulge within things with safety and precaution and take care of yourself!Do make sure all the characters involved in an 18+ scene can pass the Harkness test ("Does this character have human intelligence or greater? Can it talk or otherwise communicate with language? Is it of sexual maturity for its species?")A shorter list will be shown below to show things I'm most comfortable with and what I'm not comfortable with.
